OUR EXPERIENCE Custom database applications developed by JMT for our clients since 1992 include: Outcome Measurement Program For a major teaching hospital in the area, JMT created an Access application to generate patient satisfaction survey to measure outcome performance. Patients are randomly surveyed on a periodic basis. Interactive Regulatory Training Program JMT developed an interactive training program which tracks regulatory compliance for health care providers. The system allows managers to set requirements and view staff compliance at a departmental level as well as institution wide. Training modules can be created and added to the training system together with competency testing. The system is web-enabled allowing contents to be shared over the web. This program has been used in several major hospitals around the country. Swim Meet Management System This database manages dual swim meets. It allows coaches to do strategic lineup, time entries, meet summary, award certificates and individual swimmer summary, all of which provide a significant competitive advantage to the team using it. Pharmacists Scheduling Program A 24-7 Scheduling program for a Pharmacy Department of a major hospital. It employs sophisticated algorithm to compute schedules which will provide maximum satisfaction level to staff members and the institution. Cardiac Rehab Survey System This database provides tickler systems for a cardiac rehabilitation department to track patients' progress after surgery and implement regular follow up surveys on a periodic basis. Statistical analyses are performed and summarized.
